Anambra Schools Set To Reopen As State Directs Workers To Resume Monday
The Governor of Anambra State, Willie Obiano has ordered civil and public servants in the state ( both primary and secondary school teachers) to resume work on Monday, 4th of May, 2020.
However, he said while teachers resume work, pupils and students would still remain at home and follow teachings through Anambra Broadcasting Service(ABS) radio, ABS TV and ABS online platforms.

Secretary to Anambra State Government, who announced the latest directive on Thursday, added that all workers and residents in the state should get protective face masks as it was now compulsory in Anambra State.
The governor urged all leaders in the state to ensure compliance.
“Ndi Igwe, Presidents General of Town Unions, Community Leaders and Law Enforcement Agencies are to ensure that the above guidelines are strictly complied with and enforced,” he said.
