Igbos Are The Pillar Of Nigeria Stop Killing Us – Nnamdi Kanu

The leadership of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has called for an end of what it called “countless and endless killing of the people of the Southeast by various security agency personnel in the region.” The South East Truely holds Nigeria together, stop the killing of Igbos and other defenceless Nigerians.

IPOB in a release issued by its Publicity Secretary, Comrade Emma Powerful, said: “constant harassment and killing of innocent civilians in the East will not make up for the failure of Nigerian Army under the leadership of Lt. Gen. Tukuru Buratai to deal with insurgency and terrorism ravaging the Northeast.”

This is even as IPOB in the release claimed that the ongoing military exercises and operations across the country were needless.

IPOB leadership which accused the governors of the Southeast and the President-General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Chief John Nnia Nwodo, for colluding with the Nigerian Army to kill the people said “Any reasonable society would have noticed by now that these meaningless military exercises designed to torment civil society are a tactical diversion to cover up the failures of the Nigeria Army.

The plan is to give the world the misleading impression that insecurity is affecting every part of Nigeria and Biafraland when that is not the case,” the release said.
