Breaking: Israel Caution FG, Demands Immediate Release of Nnamdi Kanu and Go After Killer Fulani Herdsmen, Bandits, Others
The newly elected Prime Minister of Israel Naftali Bennett has called on President Buhari’s led Federal Government to release the arrested Biafran Agitator, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu .
He made the call while addressing newsmen following the arrest of Israeli filmmakers, Rudy Rochman and two other Israelis shooting documentary about Igbo Jews in Nigeria over alleged contact with Nnamdi Kanu yesterday.
Bennett said, “Nigeria is gradually becoming a cemetery where thousands of people especially Christians and non-Fulani Muslims are brutally murdered daily by agents of the devil and the government is doing nothing to arrest the situation”.
The Prime Minister charged President Mohammad Buhari to unleash his millitary might on Boko Haram and other terror organisations.
“The time to and go after Fulani killer herdsmen, Bandits and other criminal elements disturbing the peace of the nation is now, tomorrow may be too late”. he said.
“We demand the immediate release of all prisoners of good conscience especially Nnamdi Kanu and all freedom fighters in the country”.
The Nigerian Government had last month re-arrested the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu in a machiavellian way and has been re-arraigned on terrorism charges before the Federal High Court in Abuja.
In many ways, the new Israeli Prime Minister might be tempted to continue the same hard-line policies of his predecessor.
However. Bennett will do well to realise that the only path to security and peace is to engage constructively for comprehensive dialog peace in the region and across the globe.
“The crisis has lasted for far too long and it is time to end its time to end the crises,” he said.
The first necessary step to take should be to free all political hostages, and immediately, commence the process of total restructuring of the country as demanded by Nigerians or be ready to kiss Nigeria goodbye.
“I know Biafrans can take care of themselves as a nation if given the opportunity to do so. I dont’ know about others “, he said.
” we believe that every dispute can be resolved through dialog and not war, and this direction is for the Israeli government to stop the seizure and occupation of Palestinian land, thereby rendering every ilegal occupant a refugee” .
Also, we believe that the United States of America if it can shed its partisan support for Israel, alongside its main allies like Britain, France and Germany, can play a significant role to help the process of enduring peace .
