Harry Kane’s Wife Kate Posts Tear-Jerking Love Letter Ahead of Euros Final

Kate Kane has shared a moving tribute to husband Harry Kane as he prepares to lead England in their Euro 2020 final against Italy.

Sharing the intimate love letter to social media, Kate spoke of her pride in her husband – who she met when they were at school.

Kate revealed she used to laugh at Harry when they were kids and he told her that one day he’d be England captain.

The mum, who has three children with the Tottenham Hotspur star, praised Harry for always believing in his dream as he prepares for the biggest night in English football since 1966.

“Bring it home for the country, you deserve to lift that trophy with this incredible England team!” she told him.

Kate began the letter: “H, you know I am not one to cry too easily but I found myself in tears when I started writing down how proud you’re making us all and what you’re doing for the country.

“I use to laugh at you when we started going out and you’d be round at mine playing penalties with my brother Tom and Seamus the dog, and you’d say you would be England captain one day.

“But that’s you – you set yourself a goal and you achieve it and you always said you were going to the Euros to get to the final.”

Kate and Harry have been kept apart for the last few weeks – but managed to grab a distanced selfie after England’s semi-final against Denmark

Kate, who hasn’t been able to see Harry in person for weeks during the tournament, then paid tribute to his skills as a husband and father.

Kate went on: “You’re such an amazing husband and dad and the children can’t wait to have you home,” she told him.

“Imagine telling them all about this summer one day when they’re a bit older. We all love you so much, Skipper.

“Bring it home for the country, you deserve to lift that trophy with this incredible England team!”

Kate followed the letter with a series of adorable personal photos, including snaps of their children.

Another photo showed Harry playing with their dog in the garden and a third showed Kate at Wembley Stadium kissing a cardboard cutout of her husband.

The couple have not seen each other up close in weeks as Harry focuses on the tournament with the rest of the England squad.

Harry showed his gratitude to Kate by replying to her Instagram post by telling her he loves her followed by a love heart emoji.

While Harry and Kate have been kept apart during the tournament, they managed to grab a socially distanced selfie after England beat Denmark on Wednesday night.

The couple were all smiles as they posed in an empty Wembley Stadium on the night Harry’s scored the goal that sent England into their first final in a major tournament since 1966.

Devoted wife Kate has supported Harry throughout the highs and lows of his footballing career – having been with. the striker from the very start.

The couple both attended Larkswood Primary Academy and later the Chingford Foundation School for their secondary education, which was also attended by former England football star David Beckham.

Harry and Kate dated while they were at school, with the sportsman finally popping the question in 2017.

The pair tied the knot two years later and are now parents to Ivy Jane, Vivienne Jane and Louis Harry.

Speaking about their romance, England star Harry says that Kate keeps him grounded.

“If I score a hat-trick, Kate will say, ‘Well done, you can make me a cup of tea when you get home'”, laughed Harry. “She’s not afraid to take the mickey out of herself or me. She’s been there through all the ups and the downs.

“She’s been with me when I’ve been successful; she’s been with me when I’ve been struggling or had injuries.

“When I feel bad about something, or when I need to get something off my chest, I can just turn to her and talk about anything.”
