Finally Chelsea Submit Bid to Sign Frank Lampard’s Favorites Target

Chelsea to ‘test the water’ for Lampard’s top target as Declan Rice is set to become the subject of a transfer bid from Chelsea.

The West Ham midfielder was previously on Frank Lampard’s radar before the Blues changed managers in January by recruiting Thomas Tuchel. The German, however, shares his predecessor’s interest in Rice, who would ‘jump at the chance to join the club. Therefore, Chelsea will ‘test the water’ with an opening offer soon.

Manchester City strike an agreement with Grealish

Jack Grealish has reportedly agreed on personal terms with Manchester City ahead of a potential British-record deal of around £90 million.

The Premier League champions have offered the attacking midfielder a ‘huge contract’. But while successful in securing an agreement with Grealish, getting Aston Villa to do the same is another thing. The Lions are reluctant to lose their star man, who will not force a transfer either.
