Claim What Belongs To You In Christ!
Christ has done all things well, the Bible records, “ Christ himself bare our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.” 1 Peter 2:24 (KJV)
There is something about Jesus Christ that makes Him a wonder. He is so selfless in all things.
He took the place of humanity for the punishment for sin and gave us His righteousness.
And as if that was not enough, He also went further to give us healing by His stripes.
In other words, His agony of pain when He was scourged provides healing for the saints (Mark 15:15). Spiritual things are indeed spiritually discerned.
Dear beloved, if you are born again, then you are righteous to claim what belongs to you. Your righteousness is a gift from our Lord Jesus Christ so you can boldly say that you are righteous.
Your own righteousness didn’t qualify you to stand before God because it was a filthy rag; however, the righteousness that Christ Jesus has imputed on you qualifies you to stand before God and claim your healing and other blessings in the Word of God (Isaiah 64:6, 2 Corinthians 5:21).
Beloved, claim them by calling them forth by faith, and believe that you have received them; then you will have them (Mark 11:23–24). Hallelujah! Glory to God!
Prayer Point: My dear heavenly Father, I praise you for nailing my sins on the cross with Jesus Christ and imputing His righteousness to me. Thank you, Jesus Christ, for showing me so much love by dying for my sins and healing me by your stripes.
I declare and claim healing for my body and every area of my life that is weak in Jesus name. Amen!!!
