Nnamdi Kanu Reject Governorship Offer Says No Going Back On Biafra
The leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has rejected an offer to quit the Biafra agitation and become the next Governor of Abia state.
The former Governor of Abia State, Orji Uzor Kalu made this known after speaking with Nnamdi Kanu yesterday via a telephone conversation where he has been promised Governorship slot in Abia State if he can drop the Biafra agitation.
Kanu’s reply to him shook him and said, “I will rather die than to quit the Biafra agitation, I am not interested to be a Governor or President, all I want is the freedom of my people.
“I have decided to pursue the cause of Biafra restoration, this is the cause I have prepared to die for if that is what it takes.
There is nothing any man or woman can offer me in this world to quit Biafra agitation.”
