Just-in : ExecuJet Aviation Group Suspended For Flying Naira Marley To Abuja With False Information

The Nigeria Ministry of Aviation has suspended the operations of the ExecuJet indefinitely for providing false information until further notice.

The Ministry of Aviation has suspended ExecuJet Aviation company indefinitely for false information and for flying Naira Marley to Abuja for a concert on June 12.

This was disclosed by the Personal Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on New Media, Bashir Ahmad, via his Twitter handle.

He said, “Ministry of Aviation has suspended operations of the ExecuJet indefinitely for providing false information to convey Naira Markey to Abuja for a concert.

“The flight was initially approved to convey a service Justice from Lagos to Abuja.”

The Newera News reported that popular musician, Azeez Fashola, also known as Naira Marley, hosted a Drive-in Concert at the Jabi Lake Mall on Friday in violation of the social restrictions imposed by the government to curb the spread of COVID-19 in the country.
The Violation act resulted in the Federal Capital Territory Administration to closed down the popular Jabi Lake Mall for two weeks for violating the presidential directives on the ban on public gatherings above 50 persons.
